Refunds

Workshops:

I understand having to adjust a schedule. If you find the date no longer works for you, I offer the following options:

Single Session Workshops

• If it’s more than 5 days prior to the workshop, a full refund of processed payments will be issued within 2 working days.
• Within 5 days to start of the workshop, you may either:
• Choose a 50% refund OR
• Reschedule (or upgrade) at no extra charge. This option is only offered once!

Once a workshop has begun, no refunds are offered.

Multi-Session Workshops

• The same terms as the single session workshops apply, except a prorated discount will be offered if you wish to cancel before the next session. A 10% process fee will apply. For example if a 2 part workshop of $100 is canceled between sessions you’ll receive a $45 refund.

Late or missing refunds

Processing times may vary by credit card companies. If you haven’t received after 2 weeks, first check your bank or credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Often it may show as “processing” for several days.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please email me.

Exchanges

If you’d like to swap to a different workshop prior to starting the original, please email me for the easiest way to exchange classes.
