Before a Mental Inventory

You have so many thoughts swirling around—tasks, goals, ideas, worries. Some days it feels like too much. Other days you wonder if you even have enough on your plate. Either way, you’re not sure what to tackle first or what really matters.

The Mental Inventory Deep Dive workshop gives you a safe space to empty your mind completely and discover what truly deserves your attention. You’ll walk away knowing exactly what matters to you and why, so you can focus your time and energy where it counts most. No more second-guessing. No more spinning your wheels.

The Workshop

I’ll guide you step-by-step through the Mental Inventory process, the foundation of the Bullet Journal method. You’ll learn a simple framework for capturing everything in your head and sorting through it without judgment. The workshop provides clear instructions, prompts, and a supportive structure that makes the process feel manageable instead of overwhelming.

You’ll work through your own Mental Inventory in real-time with me guiding you. The small group size—just 10 people—means you get personal attention and support as you need it. You’ll have space to think, sort, and organize at your own pace in a welcoming environment.

After a Mental Inventory

When you finish, you’ll have your completed Mental Inventory—a clear, organized view of your priorities that you can reference anytime. This becomes your tool for making decisions about how you spend your time. You’ll know how to revisit and update it as your life changes, keeping you focused on what matters most.

Who is this for?

This workshop is a prequel to the Bullet Journal Method, but it’s not required. The Mental Inventory is the foundation to Bujo, and taking the time to do a thorough job will help you get the most out of your journal. Check out the bundled price if you know you want to do both.

It also works as a stand alone session. If you feel like you want to take the Bullet Journal course after the Mental Inventory, I offer an upgrade credit.
