N is for Nourish

First – congratulations on reaching the second half of this mini challenge! I hope you are discovering something about yourself along the way. Today’s word is nourish. Let’s recharge. 

What truly nourishes you? In this case I use the word nourish to mean recharge, refresh, and bring calmness to your life. Introverts and extroverts may have wildly different answers here, none of which are wrong. 

 

 

Earth can get so dry that when it rains it just runs off instead of soaking in. The same happens to us when we ignore caring for ourselves. Take at least few minutes each day to tend to yourself.
